Salt Lake City, Dec. 7, 2005 - USANA Health Sciences shipped its 1 millionth package this year to one of its thousands of independent Associates and Preferred Customers in the United States. This marks the first time USANA has surpassed a million shipments in the United States in a single year.

The celebrated 1 millionth package, shipped to a USANA Preferred Customer in California, contained some of USANA's exceptional nutritional and skin-care products, which are manufactured and tested on-site to ensure the highest quality and potency.
USANA recently marked its 13th consecutive quarter of record net sales--$82.2 million for third quarter 2005, which is a 20 percent increase over third quarter sales in 2004. The company also reported record net earnings of $10 million in the third quarter, an increase of 25.6 percent compared with the same quarter last year.
